Para los venezolanos del área de Deerfield, eso significaba más de una hora de tráfico solo para sentir un pedacito de su tierra. Charles Vetencourt saw something no one was solving: if you wanted authentic Venezuelan food in South Florida, you had to drive all the way to Doral. For Venezuelans in the Deerfield area, that meant over an hour of traffic just to feel a piece of their homeland.
Así nació Gusticos Bistro: con la misión de traer Venezuela al norte.
